Cannes 2019: Priyanka Chopra Set To Make Her Debut; Dashes-Off To French Riviera
The list of Bollywood celebs attending the 72nd Cannes International Film Festival is getting longer. Right from Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor to Kangana Ranaut, many of the B-Town actresses are already slated to attend the event.  Amongst all these if there was any name missing it was Priyanka Chopra, who has never attended the prestigious show. But guess what? Looks like the dream of PeeCee’s fans watching her take on the red carpet at the French Riviera will soon come true.

The Quantico actress is set to make her debut at red carpet of 72nd edition of Cannes International Film Festival. Mrs. Jonas was also snapped leaving from her Los Angeles apartment with her luggage. After dazzling at the MET Gala 2019, we are sure her first ever appearance at Cannes will be a memorable affair.

For her travel to Festival de Cannes, Mrs. Jonas donned a simple white Supreme t-shirt, paired with striped black pants and long coat. Hair tied in a bun, she completed her look with black boot heels and minimal make-up.

Before PeeCee's snaps leaving from her home made its way to the Internet, her stylist Mimi Cutrell had already spilled the beans on her appearance at the Cannes. Tagging Priyanka she wrote, “en route to Cannes. brb.”

Apart from Priyanka, Cocktail actress Diana Penty will also be marking her debut at the Film Festival. While we await to see who will wear what at the red carpet, Queen actress Kangana had revealed that she will be sporting a saree again this time. She had told Mid-day, “The clothes I wear will have drama. At the same time, as an Indian actor on a global platform, I have the responsibility of endorsing our weavers and wearing outfits that reflect our rich cultural heritage. My stylist Ami Patel and I have been brainstorming for a few weeks. We, along with Falguni and Shane Peacock, are designing a unique saree. The idea is to revive the forgotten weaves and bring them to the fore so that the world is more aware of our rich fabrics and culture.”
